Merchandising Analyst Rotational Program

Our Merchandising Analyst Rotational Program is designed to develop well-rounded, high performing merchandising leaders with the ability and acquired insight to eventually be the future leaders of Walgreens Merchandising business. Through four six-month rotations in all of the key Merchandising areas, Strategic Planning & Analysis (including Pricing and Promotions), Merchandise Planning, Visual Merchandising, Purchasing and more, you’ll build a tool set to help accelerate your career. Associates receive on-boarding training and continuous education and support throughout the program.

Upon successful completion of the Merchandising Analyst Rotational Program, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue open opportunities such as Senior Analysts in our Merchandising Strategic Planning & Analysis (SP&A) division and continue to build the skills necessary to grow your career in our Merchandising SP&A groups, our Purchasing teams or other related divisions.
