And you’ll work closely with our management team to ensure that our team members are able to play a key role in meeting our company’s goals.
Human Resource Manager
As HR manager within our Distribution Center, you’ll be responsible for the overall human resources functions within the facility. This encompasses everything from employee relations activities and personnel administrative functions to payroll and recruitment.
Human Resource Generalist
As HR generalist, you’ll provide general human resource support for all areas of the distribution center. It’s a variety of engaging responsibilities including employment, community relations, employee relations, training and development, attendance, payroll, HRIS, benefits, performance and more.
Human Resource Specialist
As a HR specialist in our distribution center, you’ll work with an HR generalist to support multiple functions and duties throughout the distribution centers. It’s everything from collecting and compiling sensitive and confidential data and preparing reports to creating and maintaining tracking logs and supporting the HR staff.
